MYINDICI PATIENT PORTAL

Ferry Road Medical Centre utilises MyIndici as our patient portal, giving patients access to book appointments, request repeat prescriptions and review test results from their cell phone or home computer. 

REGISTRATION

As part of the registration process we need to ensure we can confirm who you are. To do this, you will need to visit the practice in person to complete our Portal Registration Form. We also need to see one form of PHOTO ID. 

Our team will then send you an email with a unique MyIndici Token and registration link. Follow the link and prompts and then download the free MYINDICI APP.

HELP

If you need assistance, we are happy to help. We can register you next time you are in the practice and assist with getting the APP downloaded. We also have a step-by- step guide on accessing the portal under our Services (Patient Portal) tab on the website.

We have introduced an email request system for your repeat medication. If you would like to request a script, please submit the form below

Respect/Manaakitanga

As part of our practice values we care and respect for our patients and staff alike. To honor this we have a zero tolerance to any disrespectful behaviors to our staff. Patients who dishonor this may be asked to enroll elsewhere.

Administration Fee

Payment is required at the time of consultation, service or prescription request. Please be aware that any unpaid amounts at the end of each month (commencing on 30 November 2025) will have a $5.00 administration fee added to them.
